my name is emily de lima. I am a Brazilian-American artist and designer based in Queens, NYC, working across visual arts, architecture, fashion, sculpture, and photography. I recently from Cornell University graduated with a Bachelor's of architecture. My work explores themes of origin, cultural sensitivity, and how things function, often examining our relationship with nature and how knowledge is passed through stories, traditions, and making. I'm drawn to movement, play, and the meaning we create across time and place.
